An extremely simple cocktail, with only a few ingredients and steps - perfect as a weekend aperitif.
Mix the sugar, water and bitters in a short glass until the sugar dissolves.
Top with the ice and whisky.
Squeeze (express) the oil from the peel across the surface of the drink, then drop in the glass.
Done.
Now simply sip and enjoy!
